COOEC has a subsea product R&D and testing center provided with various special testing equipment, such as high-cleanliness hydraulic power unit, hydraulic washing/cleaning system, DUMMY ROV, particle size analyzer, and weighing system over last ten years, which can be used to test a series of subsea production facilities and modules including subsea manifolds, jumpers, pipeline end terminations (PLETs), tees, pig launcher/receiver, and electric/hydraulic power distribution units. In addition, the testing center is also equipped with 4,000m deepwater high-pressure simulation test compartment, high/low-temperature test benches, high-frequency vibration test bench, low-frequency vibration test bench, and packaged equipment for testing subsea control modules.
